Reservations & Payments

All rates published on our website are subject to availability and are only guaranteed once full payment has been received.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after:

• Full payment has been processed.
• A confirmation number has been issued.

By completing a reservation, you authorize Oceanix Nauticos to process the corresponding payment and confirm that you accept our booking, payment, cancellation, and refund policies.

All prices are confirmed in USD. Currency conversions may vary depending on exchange rates and your banking institution.

Guests must present their confirmation voucher at check-in.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Customer Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before the activity: 100% refund.
• Between 48 and 24 hours before the activity: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

Rescheduling

• Activities may be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested at least 6 hours before the activity.
• Requests made less than 6 hours before departure may incur a USD $20 rescheduling fee, payable at check-in.

Weather Conditions

If port authorities determine that weather conditions are unsafe, guests may choose between the following:

• Rescheduling the activity (subject to availability).
• Receiving a full refund.

Liability Disclaimer

Oceanix Nauticos acts as an independent operator and works with third-party suppliers and providers.

By purchasing our services, guests acknowledge and accept that participation in water activities involves inherent risks.

Oceanix Nauticos shall not be held responsible for:
